• Q. What does Photo Specialties do to protect the personal information of the graduates? A. Photo Speciaties never sells or shares any information supplied to us to any 3rd party. It is not worth jeopardizing our reputation that covers 35 plus years to supply third parties information that has been entrusted to us.
• Q. How does Photo Specialties protect my identity in case I do not want others to view my images? A. Unlike most other companies in this industry your password is individually assigned to each graduate. In another words, there is not a single password assigned that requires you to look through hundreds or even thousands of images to find your photos. In addition unlike the few companies that do assign an individual password for each graduate our system does not allow you to fill in a last name and event name to get the password. Your password is absolutely for your view only.
• Q. How do I know my payment information is safe on your site? A. Once your order is submitted through our secured web site, all information pertaining to your credit or check card number is separated from your order and sent securely direct to VeriSign's merchant services for processing. Photo Specialties receives an "Authorization Code," which simply references a successful transaction. At no point does any individual other than yourself see or have access to your credit card information. Neither your credit card number, nor any part of it, is stored or retained by Photo Specialties. On that note, our representatives are not able to reference any order by using a credit card number.
